Peer-Led Support Groups

Complex Trauma
Sundays in person at 2:00pm
Complex trauma is generally multiple traumas that occur over a long period of time, affecting mental and physical aspects of health. It might be trauma you’ve lived through that feels complex to you, or trauma that continues to affect you and your life in complex ways. Even if you only perceive that you might be a survivor, you are welcome here.

Extreme Experiences
Saturdays online at 1:00pm ET
Survivors share support for experiences that might include extreme forms of abuse that the general population and even within the population of other trauma survivors is not commonly shared.

Survivors' Rights
3rd Tuesdays online at 8:00pm ET
Our rights exist, even when they are unknown to ourselves, or parts of yourselves, or are being violated and ignored. Our rights exist whether we are consciously aware of them, or not.

Survivors' Toolkit
Sundays online at 11:00am ET
This Toolkit is being developed by survivors for survivors and the people supporting us. It compiles practical information to help survivors plan for increasing safety and decreasing dependence on abusive people and systems.
