Complex trauma is generally multiple traumas that occur over a long period of time, affecting mental and physical aspects of health. It might be trauma you’ve lived through that feels complex to you, or trauma that continues to affect you and your life in complex ways. Even if you only perceive that you might be a survivor, you are welcome here.
Extreme Experiences Support
Weekly meetings online.
People share support for extreme forms of abuse.
Survivors' Advocacy Coalition
Second Mondays of every month at 11:00 a.m. online.
We are building an advocacy body dedicated to helping people in active abuse conditions get free. We welcome people of all backgrounds, disciplines, and life experiences who share the same concern and commitment.
This coalition functions to support victim-survivor’s rights; locate unmet needs; develop community plans for meeting unmet needs; and help people to get free from active abuse and effects thereof. A community approach can accomplish goals that reach beyond the capacity and scope of any individual person or organization.

Professional Consultation
Fourth Mondays of every month at 11:00 a.m. online.
We build toolkits to help providers of all types working with people who are not free from active abuse, and who remain dependent or entrenched in abusive relationships and/or systems. We help providers navigate the barriers of helping people who are not free to enter into community.
Community Toolkit Workshops
First Sundays of every month at 11:00 a.m. online.
A toolkit is a collection of practical resources to help people understand a topic, explore their options, and take action. Toolkits offer tools and approaches that people can choose from to adapt to their personal needs and circumstances. In our workshops, we develop these resources together, building a shared collection of toolkits that can be adapted for the specific needs of different people and communities.
Through interactive discussion and activities we build practical toolkits together. We use a shared document drive to collect, develop, and build these resources together in between meetings.
How to be a Medical Advocate for Someone
Currently, the topic of our toolkit development for this meeting is How to Be a Medical Advocate for Someone. We are creating a medical advocacy toolkit that people can use and update over time. This intended function of this toolkit is to help people to identify how they need to be advocated for and how to safely advocate for someone else.
