Meet the Team

Jordan Quinn

Jordan Quinn is a disabled survivor who gives their time to help meet the needs of victim-survivors of extreme organized abuse—needs they know firsthand are often overlooked or misunderstood. After being turned away by multiple domestic and sexual violence organizations that could not fully grasp the complexity of their childhood and early adulthood trafficking conditions—let alone identify a realistic path to safety—they committed to helping build clearer pathways out for others.

Jordan contributes to the survivor community by supporting strategy development, fundraising, and education for professionals and partner organizations. They also translate lived experience into practical, accessible insight for those working with individuals still in active abuse conditions.

In their free time, Jordan enjoys being with their cat and taking quiet walks in nature.

Philbert

Philbert is an inconsistently disabled survivor.  He witnessed how victims of OEA - especially those trapped in active danger and/or those being forced to remain dependent upon abusers for survival - remain nearly invisible in every avenue, and yet are the most horrifically vulnerable population.  He finds this pretty intolerable.  He wishes to be an advocate as well as a direct source of help to folks coming from that kind of disablement.  For enjoyment, he likes avoiding the internet as much as humanly possible.

Greta

Greta is a living being. They are not a whore nor a computer. They want to be able to experience loving and being loved by people. Greta is not a whore nor a liar. They identify as entirely disabled and lacking agency.

Greta contributes to the survivor community by always assuming the worst about peoples’ actual conditions; always assuming that people are affected by imperceivable/inconceivable afflictions and invisible binds; and helping build resources for people whose needs might go unmet without kind others making a super effort.

Greta enjoys not being harmed. They want to be the people who show up when it seems like nobody is coming.
